There are two options available:
CHECK – the information provided includes:
date of foundation;
registry code;

postal address;

outstanding payments to the Tax Board, if any;
payment default information from the Estonian Credit Register.
Price: from 40 EUR per company.
FULL CHECK – the information provided includes:
date of foundation;
registry code;
legal address;
postal address;
members of the board;
owners;
outstanding payments to the Tax Board, if any;
payment default information from the Estonian Credit Register;
outstanding payments of domestic taxes;
entries in the Commercial Register;
balance sheet;
income statement;
cash flow statement;
assessment of reliability.

ettevõtte asukoha riigi
seadustele võimalike piiride ulatuses kuid kindlasti:
